You can delete your Kobo Marketplace account at any time. When you do, sign-in is disabled, active sessions end, and linked merchant, partner, and rider profiles are paused or stopped.

In the mobile app:

1. Open Kobo Marketplace and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Close account, enter your password, and confirm.

On the web (merchants):

Sign in to the merchant dashboard, then go to Settings → Close account and confirm with your password.

We may keep order, payment, tax, fraud prevention, and support records where required by law. Those records may be retained for up to 7 years, then deleted or anonymized where possible.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
