By accessing or using Kobo Republic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Kobo Republic is a digital marketplace that connects shoppers with merchants. We provide a platform for buying and selling goods, managing orders, processing payments, and related services. We do not take ownership of products listed by merchants and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products offered.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or any connected systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform, including its design, content, logos, and software, is owned by Kobo Republic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Merchant and shopper content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the licenses granted to operate the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kobo Republic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email or other means. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
